Can I hide only faces or number plates?

What is the difference between pixelate, blur and fill?
Pixelate covers with big squares and blur smears softly; a higher strength makes them harder to recognise. Fill with colour covers the pixels completely, the safest choice for text such as ID numbers or addresses.
